Pan & Embossed Faces

At Sign Crafters, we have two PVI vacuum-forming machines that operate four tables. We pan form in one piece up to 8’ x 14’. We can provide sizes that exceed 8’ x 14’ in sections and offer pan form smooth, embossed and debossed faces in clear or white polycarbonate. We also provide changeable copy faces and protective vandal covers.

QUALITY AND DURABILITY

To ensure quality and durability, Sign Crafters uses only top-quality raw materials in our manufacturing processes. For our face line, this includes Sungard polycarbonate and 3M translucent vinyls, Cooley Brite flex facing substrate and Gripflex spray paint. We also provide a silk screening application. Our Akzo Nobel Grip Flex spray station can match the Pantone color chart and other paint formulas to match your artwork.

Our high-standard forming department prides itself on the quality of every face that is manufactured and makes sure it meets the high standards that are set by Sign Crafters. Faces are decorated to match the approved artwork of each order and are inspected to ensure that each detail is met.

 

OUR SPECIALTY

Custom-formed faces are something that we specialize in.

Illumination is achieved with high-output fluorescent lamps with 15mm border neon and are UL^® licensed. Cabinet fabrication is done in our custom shop.
