Routed Letters & Faces

Our ability to produce routed letters and faces sets us apart – and gives our many satisfied customers the exact sign that matches their needs.

In much the same way that we manufacture our Pan and Embossed Faces, our L-TEC router provides cut-out dimensional letters and routed faces using aluminum backed with plex. Our faces are available in .080, .090, and .125. Routed letters are available in .080, .090, .125 and .250.

Aluminum routed letters and faces offer durability and a distinctive outline that stays sharp and crisp through the life of the sign. Aluminum also gives a unique, updated look that is more architecturally friendly. Designers of professional buildings often request our post and panel signs for that very reason.

This distinctive routed aluminum design uses a push-through plex process that gives it a 3-D effect. At night, only the letters appear – not the cabinet.

 

 

This side view shows we use aluminum routed letters and faces to produce a bigger, more elaborate design. This sign is non-illuminated, but has a more professional look than a traditional “arrow painted on a panel ” sign.
